Leap Groups are all about you taking the love of Jesus to your world! The Church was never meant to look after itself but to give life to everyone who needs it. Leap Groups are about choosing people in your world who need the love of God, and then making the choice to take it to them. Acts 3:8 tells a story of what happens when a Jesus follower gives to someone in need

 

"He jumped up, stood on his feet, and began to walk! Then, walking, LEAPING, and praising God, he went into the Temple with them."

How do you start a Leap Group?

 

1. Choose Your People

(Neighbours, Workplace, School or Community).

Fill in the online form (or fill out a card at the Leap Group Map at church) and grab a sticker to add to the in-person Leap Group Map. 

 

2. Do the 4 Steps

LISTEN

Be a good listener to those in your group

 

ENCOURAGE

Take time to speak words of life to those in your group

 

ACT

Take action. Love them with the love of Jesus.

 

PRAY

Pray to see those in your group how The Father sees them.

If you want to fill in a physical form you can pick one up at the back of the church auditorium. Half of the form you fill out and keep (put it somewhere you will see it every day to remind you to take action) & the other half you give to us (so we can be standing and praying for your Leap Group)
